What stays in your hands
You decide what others see. Members see your nearest town or city, never your exact address or live location, and your real name and email are never shown publicly. You can block any member so they can no longer contact or see you, and you can report a member or a piece of content from inside the platform.

Keep your details private
Pick a username that is not your real name. Your email is never shown, and others see only your nearest town or city.

Get verified if you like
Verification is optional. You can use a government ID for a visible badge, or a live video check with a moderator if you would rather not send documents.

Heed the warnings
If someone tries to move the chat to an outside app such as WhatsApp, you get a warning, because it is a common scam tactic. Potentially sensitive images arrive blurred, with a warning.

Block or report
Block anyone at once, or report them or their content. You can also upvote or downvote an interaction with one click, which feeds the member's reputation score.

What happens behind the scenes
Images, videos and text are screened when they are uploaded, using AI and human review, to help stop harmful content before it reaches members. Automated monitoring looks for unusual or suspicious activity patterns, to spot scammers, bots and harmful members early. The platform responds quickly to requests to remove unauthorised or harmful content, and our support team is available 24/7. We follow industry best practice through our involvement with the Online Dating and Discovery Association.
